Shipping & Production
The following information applies exclusively to products from the “Only Shipping” category.
All “Only Shipping” items are individually made to order after your purchase is placed. This helps us reduce overproduction and operate more sustainably.
Production Time
Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time
Once production is completed, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Please note that during busy periods (such as holidays or special promotions), shipping times may be longer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link.
Important Information for “Only Shipping” Products
- All items are produced specifically for your order.
- Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order.
- Since each product is made individually, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes.
- Slight size variations of approximately ±2–3 cm may occur due to the production process.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
